Case Sensitive Computers, LLC collects information you choose to submit through its website so CSC can respond to requests, provide requested reviews or services, prevent abuse, and operate the site.

Estimate reviews

Estimate-review submissions may include your contact information, repair details, provider information, quoted pricing, and an optional PDF or image. Do not upload passwords, payment-card data, Social Security numbers, medical information, or other unnecessary sensitive information.

Website Challenge

Website Challenge submissions may include the public website URL, your relationship to the website, business area, objective, suspected issue, contact information, and automated public/passive observations generated during the review.

CSC Domain Guard

When you request Domain Guard service, CSC processes your organization, contact email, requested plan, domain and expressly named hostnames, and your stated authority to request service. A request is not verification of ownership or permission to start monitoring. For approved subscribers, CSC retains signed authorization records, designated security contacts, relevant public domain/DNS/TLS monitoring observations, notification delivery records, subscription references and technical audit records in access-controlled service storage. Payment cards are processed by Stripe, not stored by CSC. Operational alerts may be sent through approved email providers. Monitoring data is not sold. For Domain Guard subscribers, CSC accepts verified export requests for detailed monitoring reports for 30 calendar days after service termination; detailed reports and alert history are normally removed after 90 days following verified termination, subject to legal holds and pending exports. Signed authorization, minimal audit, and financial records may be retained longer when required for accounting or legal obligations. Contact CSC to request access, corrections, or a timely secure export.

Operational data

CSC may store limited technical information such as browser information and a one-way client identifier used for rate limiting and abuse prevention.

Sharing

CSC does not sell submitted information. Information may be processed by service providers used to host, secure, store, or operate the service when necessary to provide the requested function.
