What we monitor
Registry renewal/expiration indicators, changes in DNS and email-routing records, nameserver and alias changes, TLS certificate validity and certificate expiration for approved hostnames.
Daily checks and third-party data can miss transient incidents. Observed changes are not proof of compromise.
What we don't do
No penetration testing, vulnerability certification, exploitation, registrar access, DNS changes or guaranteed 24/7 response. Any recovery work requires a separate written scope and price.
The service cannot guarantee domain ownership, availability or incident prevention.
Billing and cancellation
Stripe checkout charges the one-time onboarding fee and first subscription month together. CSC will activate an accepted, authorized monitoring scope within two business days after confirmed payment and scope acceptance, measured during Monday–Friday 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Eastern business hours, excluding observed U.S. federal holidays.
You may cancel future renewals at any time. Existing monitoring normally continues until the paid-through date unless you withdraw permission to monitor your domain earlier. Canceling before initial activation results in a full refund of setup and the first month. If CSC misses the two-business-day activation window and you decline rescheduling, CSC cancels future renewal and refunds the full initial payment.
No routine partial-period refund applies after service begins, except where required by law or CSC fails to deliver the contracted service. Cancellation and refund rights will also be stated in the final agreement delivered before checkout.

Tell us what domain you administer. CSC will verify your authority, confirm the scope, and provide the service agreement and a secure payment invitation only after approval. Submitting this form does not authorize monitoring.

How enrollment works
1. Tell us which plan and domain you want monitored. 2. CSC verifies domain ownership or delegated authority and agrees on explicitly named hostnames. 3. You review the written scope and service terms. 4. After billing and authorization are verified, we activate monitoring and confirm the alert destination.
Review the CSC-approved customer agreement template. Final signed terms will be supplied before any payment invitation.

Standard service hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Eastern Time, excluding observed U.S. federal holidays. The Managed plan does not provide emergency coverage or a guaranteed repair deadline.
Prices are in USD. Subscription charges recur monthly until canceled under the final service terms. Services will not begin from a payment alone. We will provide the final contract and cancellation details before accepting payment.
